Rules & Regulations

In our premises you have to follow some common guidelines:

The owners are authorized to evict any resident guest from any room, if in their opinion; such resident paying guest/person violates the rules, discipline or disturbs the peace. The decision of the owner shall be final in such cases.

The paying guest have to fill up police Verification form and submit their photo and identity proof along with two passport size photographs to the owner. The identity proof would include a voter Identity card, Employment card, Passport, Adhar card or any other photo identity issued by a recognized authority.

The owners are authorized to evict any resident guest from any room, if a resident fails in complying with any one of the following:

  • Non - payment of dues within the due dates.
  • Bringing guests without permission is not allowed.
  • Indulging in Anti - Social activities in the PG accommodation.
  • Mischief causing damage to the PG accommodation property.
  • Any misconduct or misbehavior with fellow PG residents/Owner.
  • Any other complaint objectionable.

General rules and regulations for paying guest residents

  • Any act of intimidation or violence, damage to property or drunken and riotous behavior constitutes an offence. If anybody is found to do so, he shall be liable for expulsion.
  • If they are found indulging in notorious activities, they will be expelled without serving any notice in this regard and pending disciplinary action.
  • Use of narcotics, consumption of alcoholic beverages, smoking and gambling are strictly prohibited.
  • All resident guests must be back in the premises by 8.30 p.m. necessary disciplinary action will be taken against the defaulters.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcoholic drinks, drugs, spitting and MALE /FEMALE FRIENDS are strictly prohibited in the PG room premises. Strict action will be taken against defaulter (as per rule).
  • Students residing in the room shall strictly observe all the Rules and Regulations in force from time to time. Breach of rules / regulations may invite rustication / fine.
  • Students will not enter rooms of other students without permission of the inmates.
  • Every case of illness and accident must be reported immediately to the Host of premises.
  • Students suffering from any contagious disease will not be allowed to stay in the hostel. Decision of the Administrator in this regard will be final and binding.
  • Allotment of the room, furniture etc. will be entirely at the discretion of the owner and no complaint in this regard will be entertained.
  • Every student shall keep the room allotted to him neat and clean. He shall take proper care of the furniture and fixtures handed over to him / her. The Administrator has the right to enter and inspect the rooms at any time, even in the absence of students.
  • All matters relating to differences among students and complaints about the servants shall be brought to the notice of the owner, who will take such action as may be necessary.
  • Students must switch off the lights, fans AC and Bathroom Geyser in their rooms every time they go out and take precautions to economize electricity consumption. Air-conditioner must be switched off if there is no one in the room.
  • No guest or visitor of the inmate will be permitted to visit the premises.
  • The PG inmates should take care for the safety of their belongings inside the room. The owner shall not be responsible for any such losses. Items like jewelry, costly watches and mobile phones, laptops must not be kept lying inside the room.
  • Use of room heaters and any other electrical appliances other than cell phone charger, laptop charger is not permitted.
  • Display of any type of posters, calendars, and other material on the wall inside the allotted rooms is strictly prohibited. Anyone found doing so shall be fined Rs. 3000/- for subsequent offences and at last expulsion.
  • Cooking of food of any sort inside the PG accommodation is strictly prohibited.
  • No Food will be provided If you won't have Food on Prescribed Timings.
  • One month prior written notice must be given by guests to the owners when vacating the premises, without any default.
  • PG residents should take away all their belongings from the premises, before leaving the PG accommodation and must give clean and vacant possession.
  • Deposit amount will not be adjusted as accommodation charges. Security deposit will be refunded at the time of vacating the room.
  • In case a guest vacates his room before completion of the month, he will be bound to pay the accommodation charges for the whole month. The accommodation charges are charged from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.

  • Avoid making unnecessary noise when everyone else is sleeping.
  • Do not leave your things lying around.
  • Make it fast in the washroom.
  • Clean up after yourself and maintain good hygiene.
  • Be a friend to everyone.
